Petitioning for Additional Degree and Readmission
Petitioning for Additional Degree
Individuals who have attended the University of Connecticut as degree seeking students in the past and have been separated from the University for a semester or less, need to complete an Additional Degree Petition. For example, students graduating with a degree in May and who plan to enroll in the Pharm.D. Professional Program the following fall, must petition for an additional degree. (For students in this situation, please contact Financial Aid to see how your graduation in May effects your ability to gain Financial Aid with your additional degree.) You may obtain your Additional Degree Petition form from the Registrar.
Individuals who have attended the University of Connecticut as degree-seeking students in the past and have been separated from the university for longer than a semester and are requesting readmission to the University must apply through the Dean of Students, 233 Glenbrook Road, Unit 4062, Storrs, Connecticut 06269-4062. Telephone: (860) 486-3426.
Please complete whatever university re-entrance process appropriate for you as soon as you learn your Pharm.D. admissions status so that university resources such as financial aid and housing become available to you.
