Alumni Board


Mission Statement:

The UConn School of Pharmacy Alumni Board is a team of volunteers including alumni, faculty and alumni relations representatives. the board’s mission is to support and engage school of pharmacy alumni by:

  1. Facilitating participation in volunteer opportunities, social events and promoting fundraising initiatives at the school and in the community.
    a. encouraging alumni to be engaged with their time, expertise and/or financial contributions.
  2. Promoting educational and networking programs for students and alumni.
  3. Collaborate with the leadership and faculty of the school.

Professional Traditions Fund and Pharmacy Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship

Professional Traditions Fund

Gifts to the School of Pharmacy Professional Traditions fund provide support to purchase white coats and stethoscopes for students in the pharmacy professional program, and support costs of the programs and activities of the school of pharmacy related to professionalism.

Pharmacy Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship

The scholarship was established in the 1991-1992 academic year, through the generosity of the UConn Pharmacy Alumni Association (1971-2023). It is awarded annually to deserving pharmacy students. Priority is given to children and immediate relatives of School of Pharmacy alumni enrolled in the pharmacy professional program.
